Been a while since I’ve played, or followed updates but has the bloom that was boosted in the august update toned down at all or made to toggle?

Under the known issues, Halo Reach section, it mentions something about the blooming around light sources being bigger than OG Reach. So I assume they are planning on decreasing it at least at some point? A toggle for it would be nice.
