Skirmish
Practice your aim in swat if need be, get used to the map layout, finding the best routes and where each weapon spawns. You might find yourself up against co-ordinated teams using head sets. If that’s the case then it is very hard to go positive that with all the call outs.

That is definitely another factor comms you either get a good group of players or immature players.

Maybe take a break and try something like action sack or fire fight. Might just need a break from the game in general if you feel burned out. We all have spurts of bad luck or poor play, just keep your head up and get your mind right. Good luck to you, hope these tips will help.

Thx. And ya the Achilles grind is getting real lol.
I agree with the suggestion to try some different game types. Although, I’m probably not a reliable source of advice…I’m personally in the middle of an 18 month slump.

Practicing your aim in SWAT is not a good way to go… aim at head-level and pull the trigger. Requires zero effort or consistency.
WZ Assault is a good way to warm up your Magnum, Octagon w/ solid players, running BTB can help you get into a groove… FFA will force you to be on your toes.
Playing good Halo is all about muscle memory for me, and maintaining a high level of awareness. Party up with a good group of guys (and/or gals) and roll together, cover each other. Sounds funny but when I’m rolling with a group and calling out enemies, my focus dials in and it’s like I just start hitting shots and dealing tons of damage. You have to find your “sweet spot.”

Well swat is a good game mode to train you eyes to spot spartans. Octagon is good, especially training with the sniper.
