I REALLY want this armor. A few months ago I decided to grind Grifball to get my kills up.
As of now I’m in the Master phase of Spartan Slayer. 124/2400 kills. Is their any other playlist I can try to grind kills but still have some fun doing so?
Most armors I’ve gotten are from just playing normally, do what you think is fun and you will get the kills eventually! Like you said you’ll get quite some kills in Grifball, but you could also play Lightning CTF in which you can find in the Action Sack playlists.
Grinding for kills is such a waste of time in my opinion. It will come when it comes, go for something that won’t necessarily come until you focus on it
Lightning Flag is a great option, but only if you have fast reflexes and are accurate. Otherwise, I’d say choose Multi Team. Whenever I play that playlist I get a lot more kills than usual. I think that my highest amount of kills in a game was 44, which I got in Multi Team. Vote for the King of the Hill mode and use Grenadier or Resupply so you can throw grenades into the Hill to get a lot of kills!
Thank you for everyone who’s replied.
The reason why I ask is I start work again tomorrow and usually work 8-5 every day of the week. By the time I get home, I’m exhausted and end up passing out for a few hours. By the time I wake up I make myself some supper and get ready for bed because at 12 I’m usually ready to drop.
So when I get home I’m usually in no mood to even get on and play halo. This is why I asked a quick way to grind it. I know i’ll eventually get it. Its just most days, I don’t feel like playing.
To any passing mods you can lock this thread thank you.
You and a friend (NOT a random) can go to Multi Team and always vote for an Objective gametype. Only go for kills. They come ridiculously easy against people who are all flocking to the Oddball or hill and are not always paying attention to you. The reason I say to go with a friend, is so that you don’t piss a match-made teammate off (he may want to go for objectives and the win).
It’s possible to get close to, if not more than 40 kills (I only managed a high of 38) in one short game of KoH on Haven. And hey, it’s also a good way to max your auto weapons.
OP, I just realized your concerns have already been addressed but I wanted to put my two-sense in anyway.
