I have heard many things on You Tube from other Halo players talking about getting free req packs. Is there any way to get free req packs? I already know you get free daily login packs and you could get req packs by buying them or purchasing them with req points. I’m also wondering about how you can get the Halo Nightfall armor or something like that. How do you get that armor?

One of the ways that you could get the Nightfall armor was by wathcing the entire Nightfall series on Halo Channel I believe.
As for free packs, the only ones I know of other than the ones you mentioned is Silver and Gold packs that the game awards you for your first few Firefight wins.
you get the Halo nightfall armor by watching the Halo Night Fall series, I believe watching episode the 1st episode you get the helemt and you watch the rest of the series and you get the armor, and aside from free req’s idk aside from the daily login packs

You get the Halo nightfall armor by watching halo nightfall on the Halo channel. But as far as free packs go, you get the daily log in pack, a daily arena win pack for winning a game in arena. you can get a war zone daily win pack and a war zone firefight daily win pack. you can get gold packs for completing different tiers of the firefight commendations. there are commendations award packs for both individual and if you are in a Spartan company. you get a pack if you are part of the Halo community feed back program and complete a survey when they do them. That is all the “free” packs I can think of off the top of my head.
You can get packs with some purchases as well, mega blocks, some times clothing from jinx. not sure if they are still offering it but preordering halo wars 2 through the Xbox live store gave out 5 gold packs.

That is simply not possible, The Xbox One is pretty hack-proof.
Free req packs? its never gonna to happen.
H5 it’s all about microtransactions.
Best way for get free req packs, is through giveaways.
Completing the Warzone Firefight commendations, you receive more than 10 free gold packs (not actually sure if more than 10). Nightfall armour can also be achieved my completing the REQ collection as it was added into the REQ pool. Get all Common, Uncommon and Rare items and when moving onto gold packs, you may be lucky and receive the Mythic armour.

Play firefight, you will earn a lot of XP and RP. Besides, it rewards you with a lot of silver pack and a few gold packs by completing the commendations.

Surprised nobody said this yet, but when HCS is streaming, there tends to be pack giveaways during the streams.
Gonna add this last bit of info before locking this months-old thread: Microsoft Rewards (formerly Bing Rewards) lets you use Bing to accumulate points which can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including Halo 5 Gold packs.
