I live in england and have been on alot of sites like amazon uk and game.co.uk etc. And the only place i can see the add ons is in shops in the usa ? :frowning:

There is already another thread about shops, which offer the pre-order bonus

Right now, only shopto.net offers the pre-order bonus.
