It’s suppose to be out this week. Anyone have more information on when or the specifics on it?
Community Update is always a great way to go, or the News link for the most recent news.
The playlist starts sometime today, as well as a Community playdate.
I started a thread with all the info. Halo Community Update Sep. 21
Since we don’t have all the details yet I would keep going back to the News link. They will post there right when the playlist drops.
Playlist should land around 10AM Pacific (1PM Eastern):

Oh man! I am excited about this. No Sprint, Spartan Charge, Ground Pound, Clamber, or Stability! I have been waiting and hoping to play something like this on Halo 5. I hope this playlist has a good population and they keep it up for a while. I will be in this playlist until the end. I want to show my support for having a Halo that is loyal to the Golden Triangle.
As someone who went from Halo 2 to Halo 5, I am going to perform terribly in this, largely because I missed out on Halo 3 (and its MCC iteration) entirely.
I performed badly in the Anniversary playlist (CE Magnums are terrifyingly OPAF), and I don’t expect myself to fare any better in the H3 playlist.

I started with Reach so I have pretty much only played Halo with Sprint. This will be a big adjustment, but one I have been looking forward to. I want Halo to go back to its core mechanics, and this is a good example of that.
I have only played one game, but I know I am going to enjoy it no matter how I perform.
Do we know which maps will be returning for the playlist?
