One thing they should learn is to be as much communicative as possible. People like to receive updates on the status of the work, it’s a sign that they are actually doing something for it. I do not doubt about the effort put in fixing the problems, but social media like Twitter are perfect to share even the tiniest bit of information regarding updates on the work. The more we know, the less we can complain. At least we see something is going on under the hood.
Theres no doubt in my mind that this will be considered the worst launch in halo history. Companies will look at this and be like this is how you ruin a franchise. There will be a massive overhaul at 343i and it will be for the better ZERO updates in this amount of time come on. You realize you have fans that are defending your actions you should be ashamed of your team for this. I will still play this game if they fix it and ive encountered little to no bugs except for matchmaking but there are 100’s of bugs that people are finding outside of matchmaking i almost feel as if they -Yoinked!- up and put bad code on the disk and tried to fix it with there 15 gig update and it just doesnt work.
Why have they not posted on the forums about the update being implemented, a lack of communication from their side only serves to fan the flames, I mean its been 12 hours since their last post.
I really hope they don’t think the game is fixed yet as they have not sent updates for over 12 hours. I still haven’t been able to join a single multiplayer game!! Didn’t they test the game at all before release?

Finding a game in 5 minutes is not fine. Halo used to be very quick to match parties or at least see players being matched. They are likely still working on it. I would like an update as well, but they probably have no info to give.
They are probably back to the drawing boards. Two updates they released that didn’t work, they’ve gotta be stressing hard man. I’m sure they don’t want to say “We are releasing a server side update” for the third time. People will just ignore or bash it anyway. I’m just waiting for an “it’s fixed” tweet lol.
As much as it pains me to do so I really think I might take this game back. Or ship it back to Microsoft for a refund. I’m M a pretty broke college student and when I drop 60 bucks on a game I can’t just chalk up a loss and say out better not buy any more from them. ( since halo 4 had a -Yoink- launch and this had a more than -Yoink- launch.) I need a game that works man.
The worst thing is that they know the problems since last friday, because matchmaking wasn`t working properly. they knew everyone would have problems on launch. this is a ripoff.
finding games much easier now, just sucks that they are all unbalanced, 4v3 or 5v4. Ruins it from the get go.
