Any new easter eggs?

Aside from the disturbing, yet cool ‘fish hook-through-the-head’ egg of PoA; I don’t think I’ve seen anything else. Am I yet to find it (aside from the skulls and terminals), or is that it?

The “hook through the eye” on PoA isn’t necessarily an “easter egg”, as it is a glitch in Saber’s graphical layer.

Wait… what?
So where does the hook come from? Are you saying that somewhere there is a random hook with an eyeball attached and somehow its graphics layer accidentally got put over certain characters?

I don’t get it.
