I mean it would be a very cool thing to keep adding content up till Halo 6 whether halo 5’s 2 years old or not in my opinion as it brings players back that have stopped playing the game meaning it keeps it alive and fresh. Like theres a huge lack of air vehicles, bring back the falcon or hawks from halo wars, brute spiker and that one other brute shotgun, the flamethrower,bubble shield, sentinel beam variants, the revenant from halo reach,chopper,or even the prowler lmao. Now I know some of these if not most of these things are not going to have a halo 5 feel to them but they could.
Man if 343’s going to keep the game alive by replacing content updates with tweaks these small the games not going to last till halo 6, at least for me maybe.
As of right now there is no new content coming out from the game. However for Halo 3 birthday, Halo 5 will have a playlists that only contains Halo 3 maps made by some forgers in the community, so it’s at least something fresh and new I guess.

It doesn’t need to last until Halo 6. People will still buy Halo 6 if they’ve been bored with Halo 5 for a while. At some point, 343 needs to move on and focus their efforts on Halo 6, and they can’t fully do that if they’re always making new stuff for Halo 5.

OP, I know that it sucks that Halo 5 will eventually dry up when Halo 6 comes out, but that’s the reality of things. Even so, I’m sure the next game will build upon the successes of its predecessor.

I think theirs actually three divisions at 343 1 focusing at Halo 5 another at Halo wars 2 and most of the other team on the development of Halo 6 cause thats how some development company’s work but what do I know.
