Just asking if anyone has come across any missions like the first two where you can’t travel back to/replay. Just finished the spire level, don’t want spoilers just a mission name, or anything I should pay attention to. Also if there’s a point of no return?

If I’m not mistaken, any parts of the main story missions that doesn’t take place on the ring surface and do instead take place inside Banished and Forerunner structures have collectibles that are possible to miss. This should apply to a fairly large portion of the missions.
You can miss any collectible that spawn inside mission only areas.
This means that you can miss stuff inside Chak’Lok’s tower for example, cos the tower seals up once you leave it when the mission is complete. There’s one Spartan Core inside iirc and it is hard to miss so you shouldn’t have trouble finding it.
