I have always had trouble with LASO. Any tips.

Remember that you don’t need Blind skull on for it to qualify as LASO (unless of course you’re doing it for your own amusement).
You don’t necessarily have to kill all of the enemies; if you can sneak by some of them, it’ll save you time and ammunition.
