I held off on getting the game to see if it was a nightmare like HMCC. So any issues? Is this game running smoothly on all fronts (campaign solo, campaign online, multiplayer online)? I haven’t seen any news of it having issues.

well alot of people including me cant even connect to anything thats online (witch by the way is the entire game apart from solo campain) so if i was you i’d wait untill the fix things

yeah, its normally best to give it a few days to a week for everything to be ironed out but just keep checking the forums every now and then to see

I do not have any issues with downloading the game atleast. Got an Disc copy and the update downloaded pretty fast for me compared to some people who have to download everything off of the server, however, due to this i think they optimized pretty well.

Will get back to the thread later probs.

No issues for me. Working fine.

I’ve got sound issues on the cinematics in campaign. Literally cannot hear a word during the cutscenes

Zero issues. I’ve never connected to any matchmaking faster than this. 24 players immediately.

Worked from the get go, have been instantly getting into matches. The only problem I’ve had is minor lag for my first matches.

I had the game pre-installed on my xbox as was playing it at midnight for a few hours and had no connection issues as well as this morning.

I’ve got no issues. You should go and get the game, I assure you it’s a stable launch.

The only two issues I would say I have are:

  1. I’m struggling to get in PvP. I have never been the greatest of Halo player. However, people seem to just eat my bullets. Kinda of feels like it is suffering from CoD connection issues.

  2. I did not receive my weapon skins for pre ordering the game.

I’ve experienced only 3 issues…

The Rig is chosen far too often. I played it twice in a row, in the same playlist. I’m actually sick of that map already.

Secondly, it seems that there is always one quitter in every Arena game I play. Is there no J.I.P.?

Thirdly, whilst loading up a multiplayer level to play in matchmaking (Orion, to be specific) my game froze in the same way that MCC would freeze, only it recovered very quickly. Has anyone else had their game freeze?

Besides the above three issues… Halo 5 is really a fantastic game.
