I have the same question. I know its going to be Ultra rare but havnt seen the REQ cards for it yet.

for whatever reason the REQs have a delay when the update is downloaded to your system, so they arent up there yet but they will be very soon.
just my personal experience with it

my question is will it be part of the REQ pool or linked to a Company Commendation like the Achilles?

The decimator armor was made by ONI to tst new technologies on the platform E.G artemis tracking the armor is based on the MK7 and the MK7 is based off the MK5B

Got it in a gold pack last week. Armor is sweet, not impressed with the helmet.
