There is no mention of when it may return. But, it makes more sense to buy gold/silver packs to unlock those same items. The MOR pack costs 150,000 RP for items that are available in the REQ pool. That assumes your SO is interested in unlocking the other cosmetics though.
Sometimes the pack enters the featured section of REQ Packs. Just check back weekly for updates.

Yea, I was happy I was able to jump on when the classic pack returned as that was the last set i needed, waited for months and nearly missed it as it was gone so quick. Just gotta be vigilant on checking for updates, I hope they do a feature before infinite were all the packs temporarily return.

I was in the same situation, waiting for the pack to come back so I could get the Recon Gen 1 helmet, after waiting and waiting and waiting I noticed it was on the Xbox store so I finally paid $5 or $10 to get it. No shame, love the classic helmets
