Any idea how to unlock certain rare emblems?

This is the closest thing to a list of every Halo 4 emblem: PIC

I’ve never seen some of them such as the forge oracle and the boot. If you know how to get some of the emblems on the bottom of the list, please say so. Obviously some are from pre-ordering and Waypoint codes.
