Any idea how to get the Triad Emblem?

I’m starting to see this emblem in games, but I still don’t know how to unlock it. Has this been found out yet?

I got it the other day from a completed commendation. I think it was Smash. When you complete it you get a req pack called “Smash Pack”.

Yes but what is the smash pack? I have every commendation completed aside from a few in game mode and I do not have this emblem. Believe me, I have seen the other threads.

I definitely saw this a long time ago. The problem is that said smash pack either doesn’t exist or is glitched. Like I said earlier, I have everything done outside of game mode and I know it isn’t in there.
