new to the forums but have been playing Halo since it first came out. Wondering if there are any players who want to add me to play sometime. Not looking just for gay players, but just people who don’t call me f****t when we play.

It’s only if they lose, and a few times on my team. It’s nothing that has ever bothered me, but I just want to start making online buddies and teams that want to work together.

The ones who would use that slur would do so regardless of your sexual orientation. While there is a core of -Yoinks!- at the heart of this community and they’ve been there since day one, they are the minority here. You should report the bad eggs using the in game report feature and put yourself out there. You’d be surprised how easy it is to find members of the community you get along with. I wouldn’t knowingly associate with someone I considered a bigot.

Well this was an interesting choice of a thread. You might do better in the recruitment section linked above though don’t cross post. I’m sure the mods will move this one… if they don’t lock it…
