I was curious of how many users used to be on B.net who are now using Waypoint… I imagine it’s a pretty good portion.

I was in there during the Halo 2 era and often conversed about the Campaign, but left a year and a half before the release of Halo 3. Things got to hectic for me and I got royally pissed off at the community. Then I went dark and when CEA came around, I hopped onto 343’s boat and have enjoyed it more then ever.

Yep. Left BNet shortly after Reach came out. Kind of miss Groups, but eh, those just devolved into drama.

Yep, made the change once Bungie mentioned Halo Waypoint on one of their bulletins last year.

I still post every now and then at Bungie.net. Mostly because Bungie.net has an Off-Topic section… hint hint

I imagine that most users here are came from B.net. I was lurking during Halo 3’s development, and started posting after Halo 3: ODST was announced.

I still post on bnet every once in a while. It is like going back and visiting your old neighborhood. Feels nice to be back, but it feels different.

Yeah Buddy Right Here! HAHA Although on Bnet I was not as active as I am on Waypoint it seems I was never able to help anyone there as much as I can here!

I’ve been lurking Bnet for about 8.5 years now with no end in sight!

Im here. I stopped going to bungie.net cause its just plagued with spawn trappers. Mods and members alike.

I still use both.

No one in these forums wants to ever disagree with a Mod, Admin, or 343 employee. Basically, most discussion here remains pro 343 / Microsoft even when they do something that is clearly at the disadvantage to us, paying consumers of their product.

You get more objective discussion on B.Net.

Also, B.Net allows the hosting of private groups, and Waypoint doesn’t.
