Any community fixes? - Still can't find games.

Still can’t join ANY matchmaking game. It’s about to hit month 6 since its release and I still cannot play.

The hype was killed for me, but that doesn’t mean I don’t still have a burning desire to play this game.

Does anyone in the community know of a way to maybe increase performance on this?

Current set up is as follows:
40mb down / 10 mb up
Open NAT / Behind a cone NAT
Wired Connection. <= 1% packet loss
Ports are all forwarded.
Can play Battlefield 4 and Battlefield Hardline without any issues.

I have to quit out of the game (select button choose quit from dashboard) and re-start halo when I turn the xbox on from “sleep mode”. Otherwise it will not find games for me. Most of the time I just get up and hold the power button on the console to turn off instead of using the controller to prevent this. Sucks
