I cannot play halo wars 2 because the game gets stuck at a certain percent consistently when installing the new update. In fact it has forced me to download all the updates and the entire game all over again and still manages to get stuck every time. I’ve tried everything to fix it, including calling support multiple times, factory resetting my xbox twice, and even attempting to download the game on my roomate’ s console, all to no avail. This seems way too widespread reading this forum and problematic to be a simple issue. I’m probably just going to wait for an official response before trying anything else but has anyone actually managed to fix this?

Some people have said factory resetting their xbox worked,but others have tried to no avail

Yeah I tried that twice, didn’t work for me.
Edit: didn’t realize I said hard reset instead of factory reset in my post. Will change that
