Any clarification on how to get blue team armour?

They’re rare. Probably Gold REQ packs.

From what I’ve read, Blue Team specifically all comes from REQ packs. I believe the only armor of any campaign Spartan you can obtain somewhat easily is Locke’s, as his Hunter armor was a pre-order bonus from Gamestop.

FALSE!

only certain parts of Lockes armor is actually equipped, the helm and heavy metal bits… the body suit is just the normal Gen2.
