As someone who enjoys playing around in the forge, I have found the maps of Halo 4 to be severely limited in their scope when it comes to forging potential due to their size and over abundance of “out of bounds” areas. Many players have become accustom to the freedom offered by the Forge World map from Reach, myself included. the various locations in Forge World allowed for players a wide variety of landscapes to build upon. The maps in Halo 4, not so much.
I was just wondering if I was alone in wanting forge world back and is it possible for 343 to remake that map for us to enjoy?
Hopefully they’ll give us several different themed forge world. You know: Desert, snow, Covenant, UNSC, etc.

Yeah, that would be great. Maybe add in weather special effects too like blizzard, heavy downpour, dense fog, things like that.
FX like weather conditions would be awesome but I dont know if the engine could do that. Who knows though? I would prefer they add in purble and orange FX again they took out those and gave crappy pen and ink and nova.

Well, considering how “advanced” the halo 4 graphics engine is supposed to be, it could probably handle it.
I’m not sure if 343i would do it, but it’s a good idea. That said I don’t necessarily want forge world itself, but something similar. Another combination of old maps, but not the exact same one that you had in Reach.
