Title. Myself and loads of others bought the new packs and only got 2 items due to the glitch (for those who had everything unlocked). Surely this has to be resolved as many spent money and didn’t get what was promised?
they fixed the issue so that it’s not doing that anymore but no word if we are going to get any kind of refund though. I have a feeling we might be just out of luck. I tweeted bravo and unyshek but got no response. which I didn’t think I would with the HWC going on.

I heard some people say that they’ve already seen the results of the fix. Check you REQ collection

First pack I got two skins and nothing else. Second pack I got one skin and nothing else. Third pack same. Last three 5x 5k RP cards.

Have you placed your GT on the post Moa made about the pack? I forgot which mod, but one of them made a comment asking for people having issues to post their gamertag for 343.

Edit: Those guys are fast. Just checked Waypoint and all the new skins and 80k RP have been added to my collection. Kudos 343i.
Still nothing for me. Any mods who can check if 343 are still doing something about this as I know im not the only one?.. Two packs bought. 7 skins instead of 10 so as soon as I have 10 I know its been sorted

Wrong. Read the OP. I have everything unlocked in the game bar the new skins in this pack. Ive opened one pack and recieved 2 skins instead of 5.no compensation yet
I’ve got no compensation at all but I wrote down my gt on reddit.
