That would be the fuel rod weapon that Hunters haul around. It’s been featured in Halo Custom Edition mods before.

Didn’t mean to steal your job, and your OP was much better than mine 
I asked the Forum Team to go easy. Also, fear not, I’m not going to be looking to create many dedicated threads myself - thought it may be good to have a dedicated thread for this one, but in the future we can simply ask the mod team to escalate/promote community-created threads, like yours, as we have occasionally done in the past <3
