Anti didact?

At the end of the halo trailer we saw at e3, the didact symbol turns upside down. could it mean some sort of “anti didact”? similar to the antichrist, how its an upside down cross.

Just to clear something up. The upside down cross doesnt ACTUALLY relate to the Anti-Christ. It was when Peter thought himself unworthy to be killed like Jesus, so they flipped the cross during his execution.

But on a more related note to the OP.

No one really knows, Its speculated to be either that, the anti-Didact, the Master Builder, or even the Didact himself (which I hope its not.)

In 1 of the terminals in halo 3 it has that symbol. it has marines talking about a new alien.

It’s the Didact, most likely the original Ur-Didact (not the more recent Bornstellar-Didact). The upsidedown icon means he’s “unbound”, basically meaning he’s rogue with no allegience to the Forerunners anymore.

I’m basing that on the fact The Librarian and Didact were practically opposites. Even though they were married.

I dont know much about the librarian
