No matter how i start the game, It will freeze on the initial screen with the loading circle, or in the main menu. The only way to close it is through Task Manager, then when i do close it, it tells me its a problem with an AMD file from my video card, or something else related to cheats (which i don’t use). I have this on PC through Game Pass. I have reinstalled my AMD drivers and program completely, changed permissions, etc. Nothing has worked.

Those simple things you suggest in the pinned thread do not work and are things I did in the first 2 minutes of the start of the problem, which apparently was attempting to play the game.

Referring people to the ticket submission and FAQ is helpful in a way. However it would be really helpful to have someone from the technical support team communicating with people here and posting solutions. I havent seen any helpful posts.
Responses would be provided on the support site as and when necessary as that’s a more direct route to the relevant support teams, that’s why it was set up.
I’ll look on the link provided earlier in this thread, but Hopefully some posts the answer in here too. I didn’t see any help from the link provided.

yeah no help yet, game still won’t work.
Been a week, reinstalled today and still no fix for AMD DLL being found as a cheat, still freezes on startup or main menu.
