I’ve been trying to play multiplayer and i cant, can someone tell me why? please
We are going to need a bit more info such as the system you are playing on, what steps you have already taken to try and fix your problem, and what message comes up when you try to access multiplayer.
so, im on pc,and i select all the games on the master chief collection and all the game modes,to be able to play whatever, and i hit play, it doesnt give me messages at all, but looking for players and it can stay like that for ever
This can be due to networking issues such as NAT type and Teredo issues as well as location and network settings.
Let’s start by going to the following in the MCC:
Main Menu > Options & Career > Settings > Network
Please make sure that Input-Based Matchmaking is set to Disabled and Platform-Based matchmaking is set to Disabled on this page. Also, please report back with your selected regions and ping times for those regions.
To check NAT type, with MCC open go to the following in Windows:
Start > Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking
Please report back with what is displayed after the test runs. If it’s showing NAT issues, select “Fix it” and then “Check again” and try to search for a multiplayer match again while keeping this window open in the background.

I recently accidentally deleted Halo MCC on my Xbox One X and as I log into the game I checked “My Files” and all of my “Private Files” have been erased and I had a few maps that I have owned for a few years already and I am wondering how could I get them back onto my “Private Files”?
