Answer when cross core happens how often will you use it?

Cause let’s face it most folks are gonna find what suits them and leave it as is and probably also stick to at the moment mk v b and mk vii (let’s be honest I don’t think any yoroi armor would look right with the other stuff)

Like I know we want cross core but the question is how often will it be used individually

Me I’m fine with my mk vii look (until I get the scorpion punch with the tactical ops event) and so far my normal reach (prior mcc s5) set up isn’t gonna happen cause pilots not coming so I probably won’t use cross core thst much of at all but that’s me

But what boot you lot? How often would you use cross core?

As often as needed…What kind of dumb question is this?

Okay you maybe but like I said some folks have their “this what suits me look” and hardly change it if at all

Like we know cross core would be awesome but would we use it slot or just find the one setup that’s us and never touch it again

You’re missing the bigger picture. This shouldn’t be a conversation at all, but 343 and -Yoink!-$$$$$ made it so. It should be a Spartan core, period. Want another core? SURE, add elites. Anything else is superfluous.

I’m being more realistic here your missing my point folks always find the this is me look and never touch it abd rarely change it I’m just saying that cross core wouldn’t change that ideal a lot folks will find what speaks them as armor abd then leave it as is and probably never change it

permanently… now i have to wright enough just to post that

Abd what do you mean by that? Like would you use often? Like elaborate here

Also I’m
Hatuing tye 20 character limit here

i mean each part of my armor would be mixed from different cores each part even my robot arms

I’m not sure how the prostectis would work cross core I think that is a purely stuck on each core

I’d LOVE to use my Mark VI helmet from the Mark V [B] Core on the Mark VII core and vice versa. I’d also love playing around with a wider variety of coatings if they were properly made cross core instead of arbitrarily locked to one core at a time.

It’s hard to say given how limited the armor choices are for MK VII are right now. But probably all the time for armor coatings and visor colors. If MK VII ever comes out with attachments I like, it’d be nice to use them with Recon or Air Assault. I mean, even if people use one look and stick with it, that doesn’t meant

each core has different versions so id think they would have a v1/v2/v3 system when your equipping them

They could allow leg and arm prosthetics to be selected from knee and hand attachments, respectively, when you had a prosthetic chosen. It could definitely be done.

I suppose but then again who knows how it works granted the bots in the tutorial can cross core but I haven’t any of them with say the mk v prosteic or the yoroi prosthetic so I’m not sure if it’s possible or not

Right now it’s based on the core you use. You can try out the Waypoint glitch and see what any piece of armor looks like on any core. The prosthetics will ways be for the core, other armor pieces don’t impact it at all. I wasn’t saying how it works. I’m saying how it “could work” to let you choose which prosthetics.

I’ll explain by example. Let’s say you want to try out the Willow Tea coating on MK V [B]. Make sure you have MK V [B] equipped, then open up waypoint and head to customization. Scroll over to MK VII and hit modify (don’t equip it). Then try and equip Willow Tea (even if you don’t have it unlocked). Then, hit the tab that says body at the top of the app, and boom, you’re looking at Willow Tea on MK V [B].

There is one caveat to this. You can’t select helmet attachments. However, whatever helmet you “equip” using the glitch will have the attachments of the helmet you’re current wearing. So if you had Cat Ears equipped, and you used the glitch to “equip” air assault on MK VII, then you’d see Air Assault with cat ears.

I tried with yoroi as I have it on and it doesn’t seem to work I’m not sure if it was fixed or I’m doing it wrong

I just tested it, and it still works. It only works in the Waypoint app. And you have to hit body after equipping the piece of armor, but before you do anything else. If you do anything else it won’t work.

Ah okay I’ll try that

Okay it worked it wasn’t patched
