I recieved my code and used it. About a week I was able to see all the spec’s, but after update they vanished. Went about clearing cache and reloaded all content… yet nada. Seems no one can give a straight answer for this.
In the official Halo 4 FAQ, it states that this happens because of a server error and simply re-launching the game usually fixes it. If not, it means that the server error is still happening, so to just keep trying to relaunch until it works or try again later.
Have you consistently noticed this on a daily basis? If so, I’d delete the content entirely from the storage section of the Xbox 360 System Settings, and then re-download it (only after having deleted it first).
