seems amazon have listed a art of halo infinite book for release june 29th 2021, now other websites are spreading the rumor that this could also be around the time of the game launches.

This book is definitely a promotional release, but there’s no real way of knowing whether or not it’s a post-launch or pre-launch promotion. As far as making predictions for the game’s release go, I’d say I’m less inclined to believe in a November release, but I’ll admit that there’s little basis for that. We’re better off waiting for something official by 343.
yeah, guess we’ll just have to sit tight and wait for official news.
I’ve seen several art books release after a game, don’t remember seeing one release before a game though. Would be interesting to see but I doubt 343 is married to the idea of releasing the game in-line with other merch. We can already see that with the toys being released.
I would wait on a “gameplay book/strategy guide” where they show maps, guns, etc. If that book was given a date THEN I would say it may be relevant. I cant imagine too much since the delay is going to change, art/concept wise.
It could be a planed release that was supposed to come out after the game, or it could be an actual hint about the real release. HOWEVER even if it’s true, it is so far away that planes might still change once more and than the release gets pre- or postponed. Like always we have to wait and see!
It may also just be an arbitrary date the Amazon has set up and someone maybe just plugged it in with enough lead time for it to be changed. I think this happened to the Infinite game where before the delay the amazon listing said December 31st but obviously that wouldn’t be the true drop date.
Probably the official release of the art book which would have been approx. 6 months post release. For the delay, expect the game March - July 2020 due to the COVID-19 incident restrictions commencing around that time in 2020 halting production etc.
Sean W has a video regarding a similar date. He highlights a post which was deleted 8 months ago and then recently posted again. It revolves around a Mexico Xbox account/event that’s happening November 9th. In the details of this poster it shows what appears to be an event schedule. In the event it shows that halo will make an appearance with updated graphics of the same gameplay trailer and possibly more. It also entails a possible BETA in March or April according to the poster. Which would fall in line with a June release.
this is all speculation but the poster Sean w refers to seems to have predicted a few games and Sean w does go in to some detail regarding its authenticity
I’m more inclined to believe in a spring/summer release than a fall/winter one at this point. Would make sense that they wanna push it out asap. Hope it’s done when they do. Also, I think it would be better for the game to ship completely…not in two parts. Although, it won’t bug me personally much really if they do release something before another. I’m just like, ok. I’m just ready to play the game lol.
