Swat became one of my favorite gamemodes when I started playing MCC multiplayer, it was simple, it was fun, and you only used pistols, brs or dmrs depending on the game you played. And it worked, even with Halo 4’s loadout system with some preferring to use a dmr, others a br, with secondary pistol.
Why can’t the same thing be said about infinite’s swat mode? I played the hell out of it during season 1, hell it was like the only gamemode i played at the time, because it was straight and simple fun BR starts.
Then the variants came in, it was fun to shake it up for a little while, but it’s legitimately not fun anymore.
I played a BR swat game today, had so much fun with it, and then immediately after, the mood was dampened because it gave me a stalker rifle one. Straight up, stalker rifle is a very trash gun for the gamemode. Same with manglers.
Please for the love of god remove them. We’ve been asking for months and your swat fanbase is hurting from it. I almost never play swat anymore, and if i do, its only a few matches before i stop playing, and find myself playing quick play more often because i can’t enjoy playing my favorite gamemode anymore.
Give us a loadout like a BR start, pistol secondary, and maybe flip between that with the commando and pistol.
I’m tired of this game.
