So at one point, the xp cap reset at midnight local time. because people were changing the time zones on their xbox’s to avoid the cap, they changed it to reset at midnight HST for everyone. Now it seems its been changed again. I was capped at 10pm central time, now its 1 am the next morning, and im not capped anymore. It definitly reset at a time other than HST. Anyone else notice this? and if so, do you have any idea what exactly they changed it to?
