Some us weren’t able to get a hold of it the first time it was offered. So with the Halo World Championships coming up, now would be a great time for 343i to offer a chance to get it again. I, for one, would watch if it meant getting a hold of that.
Which armor are you talking about? Athlon Champion or Challenger?
Challenger. That one was available back in 2016 during the HWC Finals.

Challenger was only available for a limited time during the 2016 HCS Finals, and thus impossible to get now.

Might be an option considering the flag skins are now a no go, access denied, computer says no, all bets are off…
I don’t think they’ll be offering Challenger again just because of the fact that it has 2016 written on it

I had another thought, what about offering country flag badges that show on your armor? Similar to what many countries armed forces have that normally appears on their shoulder but could show anywhere I guess, this could be limited to during the HaloWC and in place of the country weapon skins, even further how about country flag emblems as that would not be so controversial and doesn’t show on the armor or weapons but in place of our normal emblems… just a thought…
Considering HWC happens each year, I’d just get rid of the year numbering all together.
It doesn’t serve any purpose, really. It could go, and only players who inspect every detail of the armor would notice.

Same here, I had two profiles signed in on the xbox while watching the livestream but only one got the armor…

they probably wont re-release the challenger but they just as well could release a new exclusive cosmetic item for worlds 2018

I believe you can still get the Athlon Champion the more team skin packs you buy.

flag skins are canceled they wont come out
