Incorrect. I purchased every map pack from Halo 2, 3, and Reach. I didn’t complain one time because I knew what I was getting after I purchased the already finished product.

This is both depressing and reassuring.
A delay of Season 3 means that Forge will hopefully be well tested and mostly bug free.
Sadly the climb to that season will be slow and obnoxious

That is an odd comparison.
A zombie survival game vs a FPS game, doesn’t quite match up audiences or the same level of fun requirements.
Oh it didn’t intend for there to be a comparison. It’s just a game that’s doing better in my eyes than Infinite is.

Im not asking for a smoothie maker. What the community is asking for is updates that are more frequent than twice a year. The smaller MCC team has already proven that it was possible for their team even on the “its ready when its ready” cadence. Twice a year for content updates in a live service game just is not a reasonable to support the long term health of a game. Even back in the days of Map Packs the updates were more frequent than this.

Six months is fine as long as the season is engaging with events and content for it’s full length.

I have to agree with a lot of the points made on here. I get health and well-being, but working 12-15hrs a week is not enough. When I get tasks in my job it’s expected to get done no matter what.
Absolutely nobody asked for the game to be live-service. 343 should have known they wouldn’t be able to handle it.
Frankly, if I led my team this poorly I wouldn’t be in my job for long, I can tell you that for free.

I already knew from the start Season 3 would come at the end of the year, but damn, November? Someone needs to bring a calendar to 343 and remind them that there are 4 seasons in a year, not 2. Oh well, I guess I’ll still just keep not playing until Forge.
