I understand how you are feeling but Phaetons will typically dodge a Splaser shot so you just have to know how to use it properly.

You mean they dodged it because I was aiming at them? I thought they were just randomly bouncing around. Didn’t seem like they dodged everyone else’s laser shots…

Your best bet on killing them is wait for them to dodge then fire while their dodge is on cooldown.

If anyone remembered how annoying WZFF was before Heroic and Legendary WZFF.

Random amounts of latency make it rather difficult. I did get an unfrig once from having a good connection once.
edit sorry I thought he was on about using phaetons.
I actually think the laser is not great against phaetons. If anything, you should use the arc light because you can hold down the trigger indefinitely.
There was this one moment that was total bull****. We were on Round 1 of WZFF, and we had to kill 100 Crawlers. When we hit the 76 mark, no more Crawlers spawned in. So for the remainder of the match, we were running around mindlessly and lost.

Maybe, but I’ve seen splasers OHKO phaetons by hitting their weak point

That happened to me before!

I’ve done this sort of thing a few times. I’ll even be in a ghost speeding around the map looking for targets.
Here? Nope. There? nope. Look at player tags. Anyone in combat? Nope. The timer runs down. Dang.
Dont u just hate it when somebody taps u with a ghost and u die.
