I’m the new recruit in Halo 5, an there are too many things I haven’t understand yet. The announcers voice, do you have to unlock them buying the REQ pack with real money or they will appear in any moment in the REQ packs you unlock playing online and earning requisition points?
As you can see I’m very confuse with this topic.
The announcers are only available from the Voices of War req pack, and cannot be earned through regular gold packs. It costs $10 and can be find in the Microsoft store, or you can just use this link.

You’re not missing much. I, along with others have had the weird issue where your screen is black with that loading symbol at the bottom when using any of the voices of war.
Apparently it’s associated with these voices. So many games I missed out on because of it. Once I switched the voices back to the general announcers I have never had the problem since.
Just a heads up if you do choose to buy the pack. Not entirely sure how many people it effected, but I know others had the same issue. Hard restarts and such never alleviated the problem either.

Ye, it sucks not being able to use Yabda or Buck in Warzone. But using the OG announcer is better to announce those “Perfect” medals 
Gonna be honest I have it and don’t use it because outside of buck the voices get old quick and even buck himself isn’t all that great outside of warzone

Exuberant is bae. But yeah, what everyone else is saying. Black screen really screws you over, especially sucks when with a fireteam.

Is that the problem? I know it happens to me occasionally but my friend who doesn’t have the voices pack sometimes gets the black screen.
Guess it’s a normal issue that’s triggered more often by the voices than?

I haven’t had a black screen in 4 months since I took the voices off
