My brother recently purchased the announcer pack and he got the announcers but they’re locked. When I got it, I unlocked all of them right then and there. Did 343i change it so you can pay to get a chance at getting them? I think that’s pretty ridiculous and I hope its just a glitch.
Purchase has been finalized, it shows the pack has been downloaded, he’s restarted his game AND Xbox, just shows he needs to either pay to use them or unlock it via packs.
