Announcer not working

I just purchased the digital version of Halo 5 and installed it, but the announcer doesn’t work in Multiplayer mode.
how do I turn it on?

Is this a constant issue? I had it happen once recently for about half a Warzone match, but then it fixed itself.

Thanks for your reply. It hasn’t worked once since I installed it and I have now purchased the Announcer pack but that didn’t work either. I checked in the settings, the voiceover option is on.

Looking through the settings I can’t see anything else that would be causing this issue, so my only suggestion would be to attempt a reinstall. The problem with this, however, is that it’s a large game and so may take a while, and even then it may not solve this issue. Hopefully someone else who has had this exact problem before can comment.

So it says I have them. But they are locked? I checked my req packs and it didnt show the pack at all. So do we have to unlock them or something in game? Cause I feel like its pretty stupid to spend money on something and have to just earn them… Ive tried uninstalling and other stuff. Any ideas?
