Announcer keeps repeating himself. Don’t know what to do

Having trouble where the announcer keeps repeating himself. Anytime I’m playing the game and let’s say the game mode is oddball, the announcer will say at the start “oddball” “oddball” and then say we lose the ball, “enemy team has the ball” “enemy team has the ball”. It says everything twice
