So after viewing the trailer for about the 8th time, I noticed two particular intriguing moments. One is the hidden message that appears engraved into a wall and worn by time at 0:28. And the other appears to be Morse Code 0:35 (Logical form of communication given the end of Halo 5) Any Insights to what these mean? Codebreakers and Halo glyph interpreters, I’m looking at you :]

Current Theory: SOS being sent to Zeta Halo Ground, e.g. Installation 07 in the Milky Way Galaxy.

Post updated with likely solution to symbols: thanks to reddit user KittyLyncher, HiddenXperia and all those who help determine the variety of ancient human languages used in the symbols and helping come a consensus that even though these symbols have been based of real ancient symbols they have either had an extra line added or a rotation made to make them specific to the Halo Universe, allowing us to understand it isn’t so much about the message giving us an exact detail but more so warning us of an ancient human threat, likely to be Mendicant Bias.
<The below points may be considered redundant.>
- Belief is that the fourth letter in the second word is the Greek symbol for sigma which translates to ‘s’ (Credit- TimeKeeper CK) - Theory that the fourth Noun/letter in the first word appears to be a toppled tectiform, which is a design found in Paleolithic cave art and believed to represent a structure or dwelling. Also can be interpreted as ‘ae’ and in some cases ‘a’. - The third symbol of the first word appears to be an upside-down version of the Paleo-Hebrew symbol for I. And we all know what ‘I’ upside-down looks like.

New Hashtag for a Halo 6 Hunt? I’ll leave that up to everyone’s creativity 
The first thing I thought of when I saw those glyphs was ye good old Halo 4 classified codes for waypoint. I compared them and they are definitely similar in style but I didn’t see any two matching characters. Nevertheless some of those characters look familiar from places in the real world, the fourth character on the bottom line looks like Sigma and the third one on the top just looks familiar in general. Y’know, Deja Vu.
But I’m not really the best at all this kind of stuff. I suck at determining morse but it’s certainly really cool to see this pop up again. I will be following code breakers avidly as they figure it out.

Maybe but Zeta Halo is an original, not a replacement for the replacement of Delta. But it could be her.
You know what I just realised, Zeta halo is known as Installation 7 to humanity! This would make sense as Installation 07 size was decreased and damaged parts were ejected, meaning that if Halo Infinity was open world, it would have a slight more sense of realism in the scale of things. And a lot of this ties in with the background lore of Mendicant Bias and honestly makes a lot of sense.

That Morse Code translation seems incorrect.

it cant be Installation 07, it was confirmed in the Forerunner Trilogy that the atmosphere is toxic after the Halo ring was damaged during the Forerunner-Flood War. Unless it was drastically terraformed since the events of the books.
Has anyone unlocked all the Phoniex logs in HW2? There might be something in there which can be used to determine if the ‘Infinite Ring’ is the same one in HW2.

I haven’t read the full trilogy, so I don’t know the full story behind the toxic atmosphere, but there were a lot of major events that happened between that time period and 2560. (Atmosphere cleaned over time?) However what we do know is that the date in the pelican monitor in the trailer is 05.27.2560 (Many thanks to Haldo27) which is two years after the Swords of Sanghelios contained and sterilised a flood outbreak on the ring. It is then know that UNSC forces then joined to ensure the flood didn’t return. So lore dates and information in the trailer do match alongside the location being Installation 07.
