smart, now the movement matches CE’s, the magnum speed also matches CE’s (and if you saw bloom, dont worry, it will be like the sniper, only indicating when to shoot next :D) 16-shot AR looks also friggin awesome, I aint saw a weapon that wasnt CE’s… only one little thing slipped their hands: AR Bloom. Right now, the AR is overpowered with its bloom, since is easier to shoot at long distances than how it was in CE’s, so I’d say to increase AR’s bloom to 125% or make it totally random (though in CE the first shot was never random, but Reach’s AR is just to precise)
agreed every thing looks good, im really looking forward to playing the classic play list… i just hope that they fix the jump hight it looks as if the vanilla reach jump hight is higher
My thoughts on the new gameplay footage:
-The jump height is terrible, I just tested a few settings in reach and it seems like they’re using 90% jump height and 150% gravity.
-Even if the bloom acts like it does on the sniper I still don’t want it in the gametype.
-From the looks of it they removed movement acceleration, sad to say it’s the only good thing in that video.

What is wrong with you? If it acts like the sniper then it is simply to show you when you can fire the next shot, so is just a rate of fire cap that ZB needed. That is fine.
If it is actually bloom though 343 can -Yoink- off

It fixes the pistol so doesnt become like ZB slayer lol

There’s nothing wrong with me, the reticle in HCE was static so the reticle in the anniversary gametype should be too.

The only reason it has that bloom is because it mimics the spread when you hold the trigger. 343i is using some trickery to make the Reach pistol fully-automatic.
Looks good to me.

Why? You realise that isn’t bloom? It’s a visulisation of the rate of fire cap.

There should be no visualization of the rate of fire. Or bloom. Or whatever you want to call it. It’s annoying and wasn’t in the game they’re trying to emulate.

I agreed up until the you said to increase the bloom for the AR. With reach we finally got an AR with the potential for good burst fire accuracy and I don’t think we should give that up to mimic the CE AR which is completely different.

If it bothers you THAT much of a visual representation of the cap of RoF, then please, dont play, go to -Yoink- off another place.
Jump height is actually 100%, but with 200% gravity, so the speed acceleration is cut down there must be high gravity. The thing 343 may do to fix this is increasing jump height a little (or a lot, which is the case).
Also an extra, for the AR bloom, in CE the spread for the AR was way too high, so it wasnt overpowered. In reach, we kill with 16 bullets and when we are crouched we can fire 3-4 perfect shot bullets, which would end with an enemy way faster than how a magnum would do. That way it is overpowered
