When I opened the 15th anniversary REQ pack, I didn’t get the Mark IV… I got the Venator chestplate. Was this supposed to happen or??? Like, I have the Venator in my armor pieces right now still. I should’ve probably asked about this sooner, but I’m just now getting to it so… keep in mind that I opened it on the first day of when the REQ pack was gifted to everyone.
I don’t know if it was just another Gold Pack type deal, but it (the picture) had that Mjolnir Helmet on it so… yeah. Everyone of my friends got Mark IV but me. I just want to know if they were all extremely lucky, or is it that RNGesus frowned upon me and said “I know you want that armor set, but you can’t have it.”

Do you possibly already have the armour? I know for people that already had it that they were given something else in place that they hadn’t unlocked
No I don’t. I’ve went through my armor and helmets. None. Because if I did have it, I’d be wearing it, stckrboy.
Hey OP, had a chat with the Forum Team about this one. Looks like there’s a little confusion over REQ packs. The Mark V was given out during the Halo 15th Anniversary celebrations in a special REQ pack - this was a pinkish / red color with a heart in the center. The pack you’re referring to with the helmet on the front was the Greatest Hits REQ pack - this one was given away for Halo 5’s 1st anniversary.
Mark V was guaranteed from the CE Anniversary pack if you didn’t have it unlocked, but the Greatest Hits pack was (is) one that offers a random assortment of REQ items. From their records you received they noted that you received the Venator armour from that pack. This is from the description of the pack itself which you can find here:

The 15th Anniversary pack was free for a short time, between the 15th and 22nd of November I believe. You needed to log into Halo 5 / Halo Waypoint around that time in order to get it. I don’t see any game activity on your account around that time so it looks like you might have missed that pack. The armor itself should be in the general REQ pool though, so there’s always a chance you’ll get it from a Gold pack. Hope this helps clear things up
