Anniversary one bomb scoring prob

On Anniversary One Bomb game types, I am usually the one to get the bomb plants/detonations. But I don’t get a point. My team gets a team point, but nowhere does it say that I’m the one that blew it up. In post game, it says I have 2 bombs planted, but 0 detonations. Yet I’m the only one with a bomb plant, and my team has 2 points? Is this a bug?

The film or the game type? By the way, dunno if this is a bug too, but my Recent Films get trashed every time i turn my xbox off, unlike in actual reach.
