Anniversary Map Pack Does not include Anniversary maps?

I purchased the Anniversary map pack because I was not really interested in the remastered campaign, as awesome as it may be. It obviously downloaded the new maps(High Noon, Penance, Ridgeline) but it did not include the classics(Hang em High, Damnation, Timberland), I can download it off matchmaking or from a friend but can anyone say why they weren’t included?

Also why is there bloom on the Anniversary Gametypes?

The map pack only comes with the default maps, you are not promised the Anniversary versions.

The Anniversary Gametypes feature bloom to show bullet spread, mainly the pistol.
