I think that 343 Industries should make a 100% anniversary gametype for the multiplayer part of Halo CEA. By this, I mean that there should be a slayer based gametype where there is zero-bloom, no armor abilities, the classic magnum, jump height increased to match that of the original Halo multiplayer, and only the original weapons (assault rifle, sniper, magnum, plasma rifle, and so on).
They could even do the same with firefight, all the same as above but only the original covenant and covenant weapons.
What do you think? Agree/disagree?

Except the part about classic weapons: there are random DMRs and Grenade Launchers and swords so I really don’t know what game they’re trying to emulate…

its not bloom. its spread. and the spread on the pistol is massive. go test it in custom games. shoot as slow as you want (1 bullet every 10 seconds slow enough? lol). you will find that you will still miss, regardless of your aim on even stationary targets.

the magnum has 85% bloom on it, spamming will result in missing shots.
And yes I know about the spread as well, its pretty bad. I believe either reason or pharmassists has a video on their fileshare of spread base to base on beaver creek.

I love pulling out the onyx on a daily basis because I was a casual lolcolonel in halo 3, and I strapped my tryhard pants on for reach and got some onyx.
