Even after the title update, I still cannot earn the Anniversary achievements in Reach, even when I know I’ve completed them multiple times.
I’ve earned the Jetpack melee at least a dozen times if not more.
I’ve returned stickies at least 5 times.
I’ve done the Assassinate Armor Lock at least twice.
I was able to earn Top Shot, and one other person I know has that and the Skullamanjaro achievement, but other than that they all seem to be broken. Any word on fixing that 343?
You’re probably doing it wrong then…
Jetpack beat down, not pummel or assassination.
You must make the guy suicide with his own grenade stuck to you.
Are you doing it in a defiant map?
I am having an achievement problem for the “That Just Happened” Achievement. I have run through the library twice now on Heroic difficulty without dying, and still haven’t got the achievement. As you know, this achievement is incredibly annoying to get. The first time i ran through it and did it, then i didn’t get it so i assumed it didn’t count it because i had been playing it a lot, and instead of restarting to the menu, i just kept hitting “restart mission”… (This should not of mattered) So i restarted and did the mission fresh on Heroic without dying, and again, i did not get the achievement. I do not want to do this again, and no i have done it twice now WITHOUT dying or without using a checkpoint. So no one give me the , “you probably didn’t do it right” crap, because i have done it right twice now.

a beat down is when you melee from behind but don’t assassinate them, it will show a medal with a little ninja face on it, while a pummel is just a melee from the front or side
