Anniversary Achievements being dumb.

The achievements “License to Kill” and “Dive Bomber” haven’t unlocked for me.

I got a Beatdown in Dino Blasters on Asylum and it didn’t unlock.
I got 5 splatters on BreakNeck and it didn’t unlock.

How can I get these achievements if they aren’t unlocking for me.

I thought they made it so you have to have the content to unlock them and not be on those kind of maps.

If you’re going for the two achievements you want, just buy the anniversary map pack for Halo: Reach and try getting these two achievements on an anniversary map pack and they should pop up and you’ll have it in your achievements.

I tried this on Breakneck(part of the anniversary map pack) and didn’t unlock it.

Pull down on my name 6 splatters. No achievement on my gamercard.

Damn. I know it is hard to get these achievements, so I was playing an BTB match a few weeks ago and I used the DMR and the reticle wasn’t red but still had the guy in my sights and killed him with the DMR a long way away and I got the Cross-Mappin’ achievement. I didn’t have the map packs from Xbox Live Marketplace but I got them anyway and I even got the Poppin’ & Lockin’ achievement when I used armor lock as the other guy came charging at me on his ghost and it hit. I even got the Crackin’ Skulls achievement when I whacked three guys with the oddball in a row without dying before I got killed.

Dive Bomber has to be done on an Anniversary map. Best bet is to go into Anniversary BTB and look for a TU game since it has AA’s.

Your splatters I have no explanation for if they were all in one game, netting you a splatter spree, on an Anniversary map.

The achievement details clearly state:
“Anniversary: Run over 5 people with a vehicle in a matchmade game.”

That doesn’t say Splatter Spree.

I got it on Ridgeline in a game of elite slayer. I didn’t get a splatter spree, I just splattered 5 guys in that game. I told my bro and he got it too. Maybe it’s like From Hell’s Heart where if you shoot the guy first before killing him with his own grenade it won’t count. Try running over guys who haven’t been hit yet.

This is how I got mine. The cheevo is glitched sometimes.

I didn’t get a Splatter Spree for mine… it’s just a total of 5 throughout the game.

For the beatdown, I did mine in Anniversary FFA on Prisoner… Pretty easy to surprise someone. (or if you’re really lucky find someone AFK)

Licence To Kill: That should’ve unlocked, just keep trying.

Dive Bomber: Your best bet is to go into Ann. BTB and get TU Elite Slayer on Ridgeline, that’s where I got it, just jetpack up behind someone and backsmack them real quick.

Also, I never got a splatter spree on mine. That’s odd about the black screen.
