Anyone know the specific name? Want to check my rank from my phone but I don’t know the app. Thanks!

There isn’t one for Halo 4.

If you want to check Halo 4 stats on your android device, follow these steps:

  1. Open an Internet browser
  2. Go to: https://app.halowaypoint.com/
  3. Sign into Halo Waypoint account
  4. Done

It’s the same for the Iphone, I actually deleted the app and saved the website to my home screen in place of the app
