Why can not I buy the pack of war voices ?!
The release of the Voices of War REQ pack was delayed in non-English regions. Recently 343i announced that Voices of War was made available to non-English regions, but a problem caused them to remove the pack from the store again. When 343i fixes the issue, it should be made available globally once again.
