Just throwing this out there…I like boats…I would like to be able to drive a boat.

I hope so…or something like it…I am especially excited by the idea in Spartan Ops…oh the possibilities.lol

I can see that. maybe a single-man boat similar to the mongoose.
The only thing is, no swimming, makes it kind of a risk to get into them.

I can’t envision anything really in War Games but in Campaign or Spartan Ops…that would be cool. (Again, I am just very intrigued by the possibility not asserting this as a done deal or anything)

Let’s think about this for a moment.
if we add in Boats, all the Purists will be like “BOATS 343 IS KILLING HALO” and the forums will, yet again, be overloaded with 50+ threads everyday dedicated to tearing apart Halo 4 because of a simple addition.
For the sake of my sanity, I severely hope that they aren’t in, just so I don’t have to see the mind-numbing dribble of those people.

I don’t think so…they tried it in the past if I am not mistaken so it’s not like this would come out of no where…but you are right if you add or subtract someone is usually made unhappy. That is just the nature of the beast I guess.
I sure hope there is a jungle map with boats on it. Implying that there will be boats.

For the sake of my entertainment, I severely that hope boats are in. I could care less if boring Halo Purists don’t like it. Their potential reactions could be most entertaining.

Short swords would be better
Purists would blow a blood vessel in their eyes if a boat showed up in Halo or god forbid the ability of going at least four feet below water.
I don’t think there will be boats. Keep in mind that text is in the canon part of the description.

In halo reach there was that area around paradiso where you could get your whole body underwater - stood up

GASP! Could they finally have given Spartan IVs the ability to operate underwater in addition to being able to operate in outer space?! That would be pretty sick if there were some Spartan Ops missions underwater… I mean, Spartans really should be able to do anything Mario can do…
